I've had my Infuse since July 2011 and it worked perfectly until a couple of months ago when I noticed some of my outgoing calls wouldn't connect. The problem's been getting worse - now I can rarely get an outgoing call to go through. Here's what happens: I call someone. The call appears to be going through because the counter begins working but I can't hear anything. The person I'm calling will hear their phone ring and my caller id comes up but when they answer, they can't hear me and I can't hear them.
I have the same problem with Voicemail - sometimes I can connect, sometimes I can't. Everything else on the phone works well - texts, email, and I can use the "voice" icon for searches and texting with no problems. I called AT&T this weekend and the tech sent a "boost" to my phone and it seemed to work after that for a day or two. But today the phone is back to not connecting outgoing calls. If anyone has any suggestions to offer I'd appreciate it.
