Can someone help me out with this. I forgot my username or don't remember using one onto my phone? I can get past the EMERGENCY screen and I try reset but wouldn't work for me..Please help me out...

with this problem, it ca be caused by some software glitch..try to reset the phone,this is by removing the battery while the phone is on,then turn in back on after a minute or more and see if it worked..
if not,try to restore the phone..but back up all your data 'cause it will permanently erase all data on your phone...after backing up your data,do the factory data reset then select erase everything...
if this wont work,try to update the firmware version of your phone...see if this will work...
if you are still experiencing the problem,this might be a hardware issue...

Just upgraded mine last night. Took longer to back everything up than it did to do the upgrade. All settings, apps, pics, movies and music were untouched. No problems so far and phone is working better than ever.

I had a Samsung Infuse and lost it, claimed on my insurance, paid 200.00 and got another one. My old phone was found and returned to me (it's only 3 months old) I'm going to do a master reset and sell it but since I reported it lost will it be able to be used?

I read the post about how to sync Infuse and Outlook contacts and calendar, but when i get to step 6 I do not have the "Corporate" button as a choice. How do I get that to show up on my phone?

a reset and reboot puts your ram around 115. that's the closest we can get to 'operating system'.
its everything you do after your first boost that makes it go up.

Nice. and will do. The biggest problem is that other than some apps that I'm not fond of losing like handcent and swiftkey taking a lot of space, I think the OS is taking a lot of RAM to run. seems like a silly concept that samsung would have figured out before releasing it but it's my best guess.
